efim 1c8bc38f29 feat(14): enabling tailwindcss 
the command to generate
"tailwindcss -i ./src/input.css -o ./src/main/resources/public/output.css --watch"
and this should be same during dev and in install script,
but. we'll be committing the output.css, let's try that
